Refund & Return Policy

At InitialCraft Co. , we stand behind the quality of our products and carefully inspect all items before shipment. Because many of our products are handmade and made-to-order, we maintain a strict return policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handmade production

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Damaged or Defective Items (Eligible for Replacement Only)

We will only offer a replacement if an item arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos and videos showing:

    • The damage/defect

    • The product packaging

    • The shipping label

Failure to provide proper evidence may result in denial of your claim.

If approved, we will:

✔ Send a free replacement of the same item
✘ We do not offer refunds under any circumstances


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or replacements:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized products


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

We actively monitor and contest fraudulent chargebacks. All claims are supported with:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Order confirmation

  • Customer agreement to store policies

Fraudulent disputes may be reported to payment processors.
